Slidellforeman.. Am getting on it for you. This is the same set up everyome is running ( 2 inch snorkle and that jet..most with a jet kit..) Try the air box lid. This will let you know bout the air/fuel mixture. I am looking on the DynoJet directions now to see what jet..

Look under the 500 Foreman section.... the second page.... under " Custom snorkle and DJ Jet kit ". This talks about a 162 jet as stock and someone had the same problem. They moved the clip to the SECOND notch and fixed the problem. Read that and tell me what you think. Sounds like the solution......

Well, we got it fixed.. The Honda guy told him to put a 155 in and it runs awsome.. Bad smell of gas with anything bigger.. He is testing it today...
