Prefilter
My machine was flooding itself on the top end.So i went through this hole thing with the carb.. wasn't the carb.Check the prefilter over top of your K&N or aftermarket filter mine was wrote off it wouldn't let much air flow.

Like a top,but i now have a back up carb.
good deal, its amazing how something so simple can cause so many headaches.
I had the filter off and checked it ,it flowed good and was still clean i never bothered to check the prefilter. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE ! You have to use the prefilter in dusty conditions as the K&N filter alone lets lil dust particules in.
