Go to profile then go down to avatar control panel then where it says upload picture from machine then click browse then pic the picture that you want to use but the picture has to be small the width and height must be 150 or less pixels .............if that picture isnt that size which it probally isnt you can copy that picture to hp image zone plus if you have this on your computer to resize them.......if you dont have that system then you will just have to find a system that is on your computer that lets you resize images....after you resize the image save it to your computer as that size then go back to the avatar control panel and go back to browse and then find that picture that you resized and it should work out for you. Sounds like alot but youll get it Good luck
