mine never peeled, just rubbed off. i put herculiner on my racks and bumper and haven't had a problem since.
PEELING PAINT
The front and rear racks on our Foreman and Rancher have started to lose the paint on them,It starts around the welds and peels off.What do you guys do to yours,paint,powder coat or what?

when ours gets good and scratched im going to make dad coat them in rhino lining
try a black paint pin from walmart look in the toy model section. $2, works great on the racks. i use it all the time!
