Hey Guys, I broke a drive shaft on my 2002 Foreman (TRX450FE). I found a good buy on a replacement yoke and driveshaft,but its for a TRX500FA. My question is, will these two bikes interchange in this part of the drivetrain? I dont have the TRX500 in hand so I am not able to compare. Its such a good buy for the new one I wanted to really pursue it,but I just didnt want to buy it before I was sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i doubt it.. but dont really know. I would stay away from anything on ebay with high shipping charges cause if it dont work u payn to return.

Unfortunately they wont interchange. A detailed parts diagram can be found at www.cheapcycleparts.com and its visually different as well as different part numbers. The part new does not appear to be overly expensive. Welcome to the forum and good luck on your parts search.

:welcometo the forum.... Bob is correct. Same thing happened to me and I found the 450 and 500 drive shafts wont enterchange.... Sorry..
