Has anyone used Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating to paint their racks. It comes in a spray can and sold at Wal-Mart. I was looking for something that was a little more skid resistant and a lot more durable.
Does it have much texture to it since it’s an aerosol can?
How dark of a black is it, like the original racks?
How does it wear for ya?

Are the racks very hard to remove? I thought somone said that the rear one was a pain to take off or something like that.

my local rhino liner place wants $150 to do the racks

Does anyone know if that price is kinda high? I was thinking that an entire fullsize truck bed was like $300 or so, but didn't ask about that.

Good idea about the telling them others might want to do it as well. The only reason I could think of it being so high is that the prep work might take a while to sand and clean all those tubes. They said it would only take 2-3 hours and there done. I wouldn't mind sanding it all down then take it in and all they have to do is wipe it off and spray the stuff on. Sure would be a nice mod to do but sounds way to much for what your gonna get though.
