I just recently had my 04 450 rebuilt. I need to change the oil. What is the best recomended oil and how much does it take? Thanks for any help.

I bought it used and apparently the previous owner had sunk it pretty bad. He had the top end rebuilt and sold it to me. I should have checked it out more. It went down on me again after a little while. I think it had about 850 miles (160 Hours) that may not be exact but close. I had new crank and bearings put in. And top end bored again. It has been in the shop more than i have road it. Lol. I am just trying to take better care of it than the last owner.
