Ok, so I got my rear crank case cover put back on after replacing my output shaft. I then put on the entire pull start assembaly. Then look down and realize there is a sensor of some sort with a wireharness dangling there with no obvious way of connecting into the engine. I asked the dealer what it could be and where it might go and he said it's either an Oil Pressure Sensor or a Tempature Sensor. It looks as if it might screw into the rear case cover somehow but I can figure out for the life of me where this thing goes.

Does anyone has a close up picture of their rear case cover/pull start? The wires are wrapped and dirty so it's obvious they hang outside the bike and the sensor itself seems to be somewhat dirty as well leading me to believe it does not sit inside the case as the dealership says. It's also has a bracket to connect it to the bolts on the outside of the motor. None of the diagrams online seem to point the part out very well.

Any pictures or help would be great! I'll try and post up a few pics of it later today.

I havn't found a hole that this fits in or screws into. I feel stupid because this must be so obvious.
