oil coming from the shifter???

clean the shifter shalf up real good using some fine sand paper and install a new seal.

Same thing happend to me I just changed the seal no more problems. no big deal maybe a stick or something hit the seal.

well i got some othe stuff wrong with it (new moter rebuilt , rear driveshft boot)new to be replace so ill take it to the honda shop thanks

the seal around the shifter input is gone ..
cost to replace about 5.00 .. time 15 mins ...
use a small sharp screwdriver to pop the old one out.
use a deep socket to tap the new one in .
if you have a foot shifter you need to remove it first.

Hey Cody I'm just wondering how come you need you engine rebuilt? Do you have lots of miles?

yea alot of reaon sunk (over snorkel) like 5 time 6000 miles and dawging the **** out of it
