Not Running Right

I have 2 issues going on. I’ll try getting a video later this week but thought I’d see if anyone has had the same problem. I just rebuilt the carburetor, have radiator relocated, and snorkeled.

Issue 1: It will crank right up but sometimes it sounds like it’s not idling right, I’ll give it throttle and it Boggs down. I’ll turn they key off, and try starting it again and most the time it’ll correct itself and run perfect. There was a couple times that it took a few tries before running good again.

Issue 2: Sometimes it randomly dies while going through mud or water. Could this be the tilt sensor and o2 sensor?

Any help/advice would be appreciated.
