Noobe needing help! No spark, need wiring diagram

Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum and I REALLY need some help. I have a '96 Foreman 400 and it has no spark. I checked all the usual, fuses and broken wires etc. so I put on a new Honda CDI and still no spark.

I did a search and it seems the rectifiers go bad a lot. How do I test it? I would also really like to find a wiring diagram. Am I on the right track, ANY suggestions apreciated!

Thanks to Rich and Helmet for the wiring diagram. I bet it's the rectifier.

Am I right to understand it won't run/get spark with a bad rectifier or it unplugged?

welcome to the forum. from my understanding the electronic ignition will not work with out the rectifier functioning properly
