no spark, blows ing fuse

hey yall, new to the forum. I have a 99 450es, no spark, ing fuse blows every time i crank it, I have replace the shift control module, voltage regulator, coil, fan control unit, and the change control unit/ecu. The wires look fine, i have ran almost all of and there no places any where. I could use some advise please!!!!
