No charge problem

New here, been reading a lot on this forum recently and really appreciate all the info. 98 foreman 450 not charging. Downloaded the manual and did all the tests there, yellow wire resistance stuff, checked fuses, etc all good. Yellow wire voltage checked at regulator/rectifier is showing one at 7vac at idle and saw 12 volts with a quick rev, other two yellow wires show about 1.6vac not affected by rpm. Anything else to check before replacing stator? No other issues other than battery very slowly goes dead. 3 weeks till hunting season here so gotta get this fixed
