Are you talking about just attaching a hook to your frame so others can hook on to you? if so there is a cheap set up in highlifter that has a cross barr for the front tubes and a hook or ring in the middle. I've seen them on ebay for like $35 shipped. just go to atv accessories and type foreman. It should come up.
newbie winch question
I have a 2006 Foreman 500 and i am not quite sure where to attach a winch hook that wont do damage while being pulled if I get stuck? Thanks!

You can search on here for front tow hooks to get several ideas. In the meantime a good idea is to use a short nylon strap to attach the winch hook to the frame if pulling from the front or the hitch in the rear.
