Hello everybody,

First, I am a new member at your site, and just bought a new Foreman 500 S 4x4.

I was wondering what is top speed on other foreman 500 ?

Also I have 20 km on it and motor is not broken yet, I have to wait till
150km, and was wondering if yours was making a small valve noises,
Is it normal at the beginning and will the valves sit tight after 100km?

I really love the ride on my Foreman, did not have a ride on it alone yet, but will on this saturday. My son (2 years old) want to ride with me everytime I start the quad. As for my Son, any of you guys know if their is
any helmet on some web sites for kid of 2 year old.

Hope their is not too many questions?

Thank's in advanced for reply's!

Welcome aboard!!
I think one of Hondas traditions are valve noise, its going to make some no matter what. I wouldnt worry about it, for a couple hundred miles, if it gets worse then maybe its time to adjust them.
Mine did over 50mph if I remember right with aftermarket tires, so I bet it would be close to 55+ with stock tires.

My speedo said 56 on mine when I had on the stock tires...And the bike helmet is a great idea..That is what my son wears when he rides with me.

I haven't got brave enough to take my two year old out, (my, my there area lot of two years olds out there... We must have al been thinking the same thing at the same time. ) I don't feel real comfortable holding her and riding a water wheelie at the same time.

But she loves to sit on mine and ride around on her Power Wheels ATV.

Again, Welcome aboard!

Jack has been riding since he was 3 month old, and he loves it. Never had an issue with safety...the kid has no fear.

We have done that and it works great. Just don't flip the bike over ...poor kid won't have a chance.

I can see it in 15 years, some boy asking her how she learned to swim so good. "I fell off my daddy's honda in water over my head"

Thank's to everybody!

Nice welcome!

Mine is a foot shifter an that is ONE of many reasons I bought
it like that is that I can hold my son and with the other hand drive.
Not really secure but still I got slow with the kid.

55-56 mph is 88-90 kmh in my region and that is really fast, well for me!

The foreman 450 is not close to that at all my friend said!

For the valves also thank you!

I really want to keep the bike for years to come and whant to take care of it like my dad's take care of is Harley.

Really appreciate everybody feedback!

Will take some pics this weekend of our ride and post them after!
