Whats up guys, i just traded my bass boat for this 04 Honda Foreman 450s with 16xx miles. It was left in the sun a lot so the plastics are faded. The carb leaked some gas so included in the trade the guy gave me a carb kit. So I rebuilt the carb and replaced gas line from the tank and got the leak taken care of for the most part. There is a very small leak from where the primer meets the carb but it is very minimal. I am looking to get a lift, exhaust and try and restore the plastics in the near future. For the lift i was thinking a high lifter, but have heard good and bad reviews, as for the plastics I will try the heat gun method. Not sure on the exhaust, I was thinking the hmf eco exhaust for a little more power but not too loud. What are everyones opinions on the three? I have already used a headlight restoration kit on the handlebar light and odometer screen (not pictured). Look forward to hearing from everyone!
