I picked up my 2020 Foreman 520 two weeks ago and it still only has 10 hours on it. I have only used it to drive down an asphalt road once or twice a day. I washed it for the first time the other day and noticed rust along a lot of the welds. I contacted the dealer and sent them pictures. They are sending them to Honda to see what they say. Was curious what everyone else with new machines experienced.

Probably didn't treat and paint the welds very well. But hey, if you're a Ford guy, rust ain't a problem

Hahah Well I am a Ram guy, so I have enough rust in my life already.

I recently bought a new 420. Next time it's clean, I'll check the welds. Kids keep caking it with mud

The dealership I bought it from sent the pictures to Honda and they asked me to bring the atv back so they could “address the issue”. The service rep said they are cleaning and rust proofing it. Not sure what exactly that means but I will post pictures when I get it back
