Yes on the front just remove the cotter pin and big nut on the drum and slide it off.
You may be able to adjust it out if there is any pad left. pull the red wash plug out of the drum, using a flashlight rotate it untill you see the adjusters, use a screwdriver and adjust it just like on the rear of an old truck with drum brakes. there are two adjusters per front wheel
