I am putting all back together, and cannot get this cover to go down all the way. It has about a half inch to go all the way down. Any quick advise? It does not look like it is hitting anything at all, possibly the long arm that does up by the clutch adjustment... I am lost, I have taken this off several times with not luck.

Got it!!!! It was the gear inside of the electric shifting mechanism. Question..... did I mess anything up taking this apart? I have everything in the right spot, but am not sure about the location on where each gear meshed.
