NEED ADVICE!

I'm having my 01 450 foreman motor rebuilt and the guy rebuilding it says my crank has a just a little play in it. It'll set me back about another 250-300 should I go ahead and have it replaced or is it nothing to worry about? will it cause problems in the future?

I responded to your pm. I didn't ask why it was being rebuilt, was it due to being sunk or run hot?

if it has slack it needs to be changed, no question about it. it will only cost your more in the long run the next time you have to tear it down for repairs. your taking a chance of damaging your motor
I sunk it one too many times. thanks again!
