I'm currently in the process of buildin an IRS 450ES with around 8" of lift.
I'm using a Rincon rear diff, rear brake system and Rincon lower sub frame.
I got it mounted Saturday and pretty much finished it this evening. I'm now going to start building rear A arm brakets and rear A arms.
I have 1/2" rod ends (heim joints) to mount the A arms to the frame.
I got the Rincon parts off of Ebay and am doing the metal fab work myself.
I'll try and put more current pic's in this week.

i have always thought about using a rincon rear end. but i dont think i want it lifted. just wanted to use the whole rincon rear end. might try it one day. get us some pics when you get done
I'll probably have more pic's this weekend. I got the lower A arm mounting brakets done tonight and will do the top brakets Thursdat evening.
I will definitly update this thread with progress.
how much did you pay for the parts u got off ebay?
i love to see what different setups people come up with with the irs. right before my tranny went out i was in the process of making a longer swing arm and lifting it that way to keep it a SRA. keep us posted on this and get some pics.

your welcome just did not know if you seen that one
Put some new pic's of the rear A-arms in the Webshots album in the link in my sig. here is one also. You might have to jump around from the albums there to find all of them.
i good trick for custom frame fab that saved me alot of cut busted fingers and time. go online and find premade weld-on tabs and hemi joint spacers from offroad frame shops. i think i must of wasted hours and hours making tabs and grinding fishmouths out, and trying to find the center for drilling the hole, just to save $35 in tabs . i didnt know you could buy a bag of them online. good-luck
Got a good start on the front this week, won't be able to work on it till Monday though. More pic's in sig of front end.
