I would look at wheel bearings and at the sway rear sway arm (suspension pivot) for side movement first. Then the a arms, ball joints and tie rods. If that is all fine then I'd look for a broken frame. Can't be much more than that, only thing left is tire condition. I've fixed 4 450's at a arm to frame mounts. But i would look good at rear sway and frame in that area.

That severe of a problem shouldn’t be too hard to spot. Put it on a lift and look for things like slop in wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rods, swing arm. Also caliper hung up, brake dragging.
