i noticed it on my 500 but after i get over a couple of mph it smoothes out.

i have the mudlite xl on my 450 and i do find they are ruff and vibrates on pavement ,this seems to be the norm with the extra thread

yup, thats the norm. play around with the PSI see if that helps

i think they say not for highway use.. o well mudlites are a little ruf under bout 6 mph with 3psi in front and 5 in rear. after that its smooth

You think Mudlites are rough...... ride on Mudzilla's for a while!
mudzillas ride smooth to get you some outlaws or gators, about halfway wore out, then youl feel a bad ride
