Unfortunately your going to have to tear the bottom end apart. I had the same thing happen to me, so I know how your feeling. It's easy to misalign the gears. Good luck.
Motor rebuild
Hi there I have a 2001 Forman 450es that I did a complete rebuild on new crank and I made sure I put the gears back the way they were but now I have not getting it to shift past 2nd gear or into neutral. Checked all the linkages and all is right as it should be any help would be appreciated I will try to post a video of it later today

The manual doesn’t really give a good picture on how the gears are supposed to be have any tips by chance?Unfortunately your going to have to tear the bottom end apart. I had the same thing happen to me, so I know how your feeling. It's easy to misalign the gears. Good luck.
