I have to disagree on the manual shift part. I was totally against an electric shift but, at the time I bought my machine that is what was available. Now that I have had one I would never go back. Ten times easier to use when you are buried in mud or water, really fast to shift(if I don't feel like letting off when I shift I don't), and having spent most of my time in swamps and mud the electrics aren't a problem whatsoever. Added bonus is whatever footwear, wether it is shoes or boots or the footwell is totally plugged with mud, the electric shift is always easily used. I also have a foreman 400 manual and would take the 500 ES over it anyday. Just my opinion.

You think Washington is bad, should head a little farther north, bought my '06 last June for $9350 + 13% taxes. I only wish Canadian prices were more on par with the US.
