I'm tired of trying to get my carb to stop leaking out the overflow. I've tried it all.

Any recommendations for where I should buy a new one?

Hey John, I have a 2000 450s and I had the same problem. I never could get the Honda card to run properly. I've had good luck with this inexpensive carb from eBay. Carburetor for Honda TRX450ES TRX450S Fourtrax Foreman 450 1999-2001 New Carb | eBay
