I used the teflon tape and it worked like a champ.
It's a small bolt and the tourque is 18 FT/LBS and is easy to overtighten without a tourque wrench, as far as the washer goes they should get replaced every oil change and even the reusable platic ones leak and wear out . Glad to here the Tape worked

FYI: page 4-12 in the Honda Foreman manual says " After the oil has drained , install the drain bolt with a new sealing washer " Sorry man , LOL.
