i agree with tmeasel. if it is possible im sure for the amount it would cost you could spend the money on other upgrades.
Start looking on ebay for the parts you think you would need. Why not just trade it in on a new or used one with es?
how hard whould it b to go the other way from ES to S.
just buy the foot shifter since the shaft on the side of the tranny is the same on both modles and ifyou want to the litle black cover plate
