are you sure its the pilot jet you want to change?
whats up man, see what it show in the original sheet is that i have to ajust the fuel mixture and it says to ajust the pilot screware you sure its the pilot jet you want to change?
that is what i thought, ive changed my jetting on my 400ex over a hundred times and i never touched the pilot screw but dynojet said i had to adjust it in order to adjust the fuel mixture. oh ya were is the fuel mixture screw because mine has a cover were it would be on the 2004yeah you dont want to be messing with the pilot jet. You want to adjust the fuel mixture screw. It should be a screw on the outside of the carb.
thanks man thats what it looks like exactly, a matter afact i just finished rejetting it and bringing it down from a 155 main jet to a 150 main jet then i added a extra washer to the nedle now its running harder and better. If its the same as the 500 Foreman its on the bottom of the carb. And you will need a special screwdriver, That should have come in your jet kit, to adjust it. It is resessed into the car a bit, so you can not see it from the side.
