I HAD INSTALL A SNORKEL KIT ON MY 06 RUBICON AND WHEN I DID IT WOULD NOT RUN RIGHT SO I PUT A 155 AND A 150 DYNOJET JET IN IT AND STILL RUNS LIKE CRAP I HAVE THE STOCK FILTER AND NO EXHAUST AND IDEAS ON HOW TO GET IT TO RUN RIGHT

What size is your snorkle pipe? Will it idle right? Does it pop and miss real bad at high rpm? That seems like a small needle to be runnin with that engin, iv got a 170 in mine and it does great but i guess the filter and pipe help out

All bikes that I have done, I have put a Dyno Jet kit in as well as some type of HMF Pipe. I think they go hand in hand with tuning. The oversize jet somehow needs to be compensated by the amount of exhaust going out. If that makes sense.. A friend just changed the main jet and not the rest ( spring, needle jet,..ect ) and we could not tune this thing for the life of us. Once he changed these things, It ran like a champ.
