Is my stator gone?

Have a 99 450ES and is trying to find out if my stator is bad.When i start up the bike and let it warm up with the lights on i measure voltage and it drops about 1 full volt when i rev it up.I recently replaced the rectifier with a brand new one from the dealer because my old one was toast.I performed the test after the new rectifier was put in.I checked the resistance between the yellow wires in the rectifier connecter and got 00.7 between them.the standard is 0.1-1.0.Is it gone or will i have to perform more tests
