if you have a setup like mine it won't fit in a dodge dakota easily.
I've got a 98 Tacoma (short bed w/ tool box) so my Foreman rides on a 5x8 trailer behind the truck.
07 Ridgeline. 27x12x12 tires on the bike. Couldn't close the tailgate on my extended cab Sierra either.
omg.... looks like ur 4wheeler is driving over ur truck
I got 27" bighorns and if I load it in backwards I can shut the tail gate on my 2000 f-150 short bed but, just verly. I dont got a pic of it though. the rack is about 2" off the glass. O, and the bike is an 06 500 foreman.
If you buy a long wheel base you can shut the tailgate with room
to spare.

H4,

I never would have believed that if I hadn't seen a picture! You should send that to Honda for some kind of promo ad.
02 Dakota it will fit if you back it in the truck.

ive got a 2001 4 door F250 4x4 standard bed and my 07 Foreman 500 with 26in mudlites fits no problem with tailgate up and room to spare

That cant be much wider then mine.Your stock wheels with those spacers are probably the same as aftermarket off set wheels.Don't get me wrong it is a tight fit but in a crunch it is all good.

In that case why not get a Toy Hauler and Tow it with the Expedition. Sure is nice to have a "Base Camp" on those long riding days, even if it is just a day trip. You can get one for less than a New F-150 and use it for camping and Toy Hauler duty.

Plus most are equipped with 20 gallon (or more) Fueling Stations, on Board Air Compressor Systems, Wash down system, Generators, etc,. So in realityyou also have a mobile refueling/maint/repair shop for you and your ATV where ever you go.
