i was wondering the same thing. maby it only stuff that can really help or something. or maby if something would happen to a modification a person told you about went wrong noone could get you in trouble or something.
How to section
Just out of curiosity, why are only admin people allowed to post stuff in the How To section? I didn't know that until i went to post something in there.

Everyone one is welcome to make a "How To" demo/post.
