Hi everyone.

My friend has a foreman 450. Recently his bearings blew out of his front axles. We just wanted to know how to install these bearings.

here is a link to honda manual for a Rubi and a Rinny, it's free. the front end removal and installation is the same for both bikes. Look under front wheel and supension of the manual and it will explain everything step by step.

the manual is not for the 450, the front ends all have the same basic design so the manual for the ruby can be used to help work on the 450's front supension.
