Buy a service manual if you plan on doing the valves yourself. Its a lengthy procedure, too much to type here. Do a search on this subject in the forum. Someone did a step by step for a 500 Foreman which may help you some. Specs for both valves is 0.006".

Can someone let me know how to adjust the valves on my 2002 foreman 450?

just wondering is that spec 0.006" with the engine hot or cold
The engine should be cold ..
is the 2003 the same for the valve specs
All years TRX450ES/S & FE/FM/TM set to 0.15mm (0.006in) for intake & exhaust ..
