Snorkle kit, EPI clutch kit, DGL, and Cylinder head temp guage should be put on by Feb. 25 but here is a pic of what my Foreman should look like after everything with the snorkle just sitten on the top rack. I have not had time to install it yet.
I have spent over $1,000 and I still have a couple of thousand to go with the skid plates, spacers, turner gear reduction, rims and another tire package, and what ever else I can find.
Yea it felt realy good. I am trying to do as much as I can but still make it reliable. I just can't wait to take it to busco beach and try to keep up with the big boys out their. They are really big on atv's out their on brutes 750, polaris 700, atv's with big tires snorkles and massive power doing water wheeles and plowing through mud with no problems. The next time I take my foreman up their I want to show them what the red wing can do and what I am maid of.
Well I finally drop off my Foreman today my Daughter was in the hospital and I didn't have time to work on it. I am having the DGL and the EPI clutch kit put in. I have a mud bog comp. coming up and I need the Foreman to be right. My gasket and lock nut came in today from the dealership but my clutch tool didn't. So they said I had to weight another 3 working days I said forget it I won't have time. So for $200 my honda mec. is going to install the locker and the clutch. I will let you guys know how it runs and I am hoping for a big power difference. I just found out that my Foreman is running Rich but I have not installed the snorkle yet so I know after all these mods I should have a really big beast.
Thats the EPI clutch kit. Just 6 springs. You have to buy the gasket $25.00 the lock nut and the clutch tool total of $138.00 after buying the clutch kit. So the EPI clutch kit will cost almost total of $200 plus labor if you don't do it your self.
i only had to put out the 50 for the clutch kit no need for the special tools you can instal it with out removing the clutch just pull off the frton cover stand the bike up and you dont even have to drain the oil my gasket held up fine
Yea just what the instructions said. It was just a little bit of grinding. Nothing a grinder couldn't handle. This foreman now has alot of power and I still have not put the snorkle on yet. That will be wednesday now I hope. Me and the wife are going to do it. I will take more pics.
Ok got more pics!!! Me and the wife put on the snorkle, fuse block, cylender head temp guage, and hook the fan up with a pod switch. We also change the oil to the royal purple since we don't have any oil leaks from doing the big oil cooler mod along with the clutch kit. The bike has had like 4 oil changes since we got it. It only has 661 miles on it and 126hrs. But the royal purple made a difference in shifting that I notice so far and the it took it almost 45min for the fan to kick on rideing around and sitting at an idol.
