I have a 06 500 foreman S. The mods that I have so far are 27" ITP 589's, 2" lift kit, 2000lbs. winch. I am saving up for the snorkle kit from triangle atv, jet and pipe kit (HMF) from atvoutfitters, 1.5" spacers, gearless lockers, and some accesories later. What are somw other good things that go good for power and accesories for the 500 foreman S???

what jet kit did you use? Did you notice a big difference in power with that and the pipe?

They were real good. They gave me a tracking number and customer service was great. I order the kit on tuesday and it was at my house on friday. I called to ask a question and no one was their I didn't leave a message and they called me back just because the number was on the caller ID. I really like atvoutfitters.com and the price is really good.

The stock weighs alot more then the HMF atlest by a pound or two. The HMF is like swinging a basball bat and the stock is like swinging a sledge hammer!

The air filter is a universal one from advance auto parts. I like it better then the K&N because it can also breath from the front of the filter also. It was also $20.00 instead of $56.00 for the K&N.

Cooler I got from NaPa its the biggest trans. oil cooler they had it is suppose to reduce heat up to 60 degreese part number is 1-4810. The fan is a 10" fan from advance auto parts number 226110. This summer is suppose to have breaking weather heat and I want my foreman to run cool as possiable. After I install the EPI cluth I am also running royal purple max cycle oil. It is also suppose to reduce tempature.

The power kit from atvoutfitters.com and the oil cooler with fan was done all in a couple of hours. I say it took me about 4 1/2 hours.

The air filter is just like the K&N but it is bigger and has an opening in the front. The price is also $36 cheaper. I did get the K&N with the power kit from atvoutfitters.com but I like that filter better then the K&N. They sell it at advance auto parts for $20.
