How much break fluid should you see in the little window? I don't think mine is showing any and I think I have a leak. I have noticed oily spots on my A arms where the break lines are. Is this common or did I hit a stick or something? Stick stoppers are on my list of things to get, but my wife just put a new house on the top of the list.

Brake fluid should be almost full in the little window with a "bubble" at the top. And it should be a clear amber color. If it is "dirty" or dark you should purge it and replace it.

I still have great back breaks but the front are not so great. Are they all fluid "powered"?

Just the front brakes are hydraulic,(fluid powered).The rear are mechanical and can be adjusted.
