I am no sure what kind of mud you ride but in thick mud my foreman bogs alot with 12x27 rear and 9.5x27 up front you are really going to lose alot of power with 12's all around I think you would be better off with the 28x10.5s. The huge side lugs on the 12's takes alot of power to turn. I am in the process of putting in the clutch kit so I am not sure how much it will help. This is just my opinion though so do what makes you happy.
Once you put the clutch kit in you will notice a difference. I run 9.5's front with 1.5" spacers and 12.5's rear and have no problems in the mud. marcust is right though, do what makes you happy.
i tested my friends 28x12.5 laws all around last week at gator run and i was pleased with the performance. i was runnin in low the whole time. i think im gonna do the 28x12.5 and 28x10.5 setup tho. just gonna have to put me a lift on there.
