So ive got an 06 foreman 4x4 fs and im not gonna lie, i am extremly hard and rough on this atv, Its got 16,000 miles and some change and close to 6000 hours, runs great for the most part besides some minor carb issues(wont sit and idle long with dying) and new battery wont hold charge. How much life is everyone else getting out of these. And is there a way to find the dealership service historys? i want to know if the motors ever been in for a rebuild or somethign similar. Thanks

WOW Thats a lot of miles and hours there
I work and abuse the crap out of my old 199 400 foreman, and it just broke over 6,000 miles the other day, don't know hours off hand, but close to 2000,
average speed is about 3 MPH or less I think LOL
its been a great atv, worth every penny it costs new back in 1998!
I wish they still made them exactly like it, I'd buy another one in a heart beat!

Both of my 420s (autos) are around 10,000 miles. My manual shift 420 and 300s have no meters and my bigred didn't have a meter until I installed it a few months ago. I have machines come through the shop all the time with over 15,000 on them. Seen one Rubicon with close to 50,000 on it and a Rincon with about 30,000.

Got around 6100 and has had a rather hard life. Did a top end while I was doing cam chain. Everything besides the small end of the crank was still in spec . Cheaped out and didn’t replace the crank so hard telling how long it will go

Mines a 1998 that I bought brand new. 14,000 km on the clock, very few were easy gravel road miles.

I’ve replaced wheel bearings a few times (bike sees a lot of big and has always had oversized tires), replaced 4 ball joints, replaced the rear axel and ring gear, lost the rear driveshaft u-joint which caused a bunch of damage, and the muffler 3 times. This bike has never left me stranded or had to be towed out of the woods. Would never sell.

I have an 09 with 1700 miles (the good one), one with about 2700 miles (the wreck) and one with about 4K miles (the project) but it's been rebuilt.

Father-in-laws 06 Rubicon has 13K on it, still putters along.

What was telling was two rigs I bought a while back. 07 that was spraypainted, snorkeled, and trashed. Had 10K on it though.
An 09 that I bought a bunch of that had a blown transmission that a guy parted out here on the forum. I bought the diffs, top end, cam, meter, and some other stuff. Only 1400 on the ODO!

My 06 is between 14-15k. No motor work just oil changes.

2013 just 402 miles since it is mostly used to plow and a little mudding. YFZ gets a lot more time on it since I like to race it around some trails, tracks, and some jumps but it doesn't have a odometer.

I'm working on a fuse box or fuse box lid for you.

So you have an 02 with the selectable front diff right?
