How hard is it to rejet the carb and a snorkel question.

I have an 05 foreman es and wanted to rejet it and wondered how hard it is and does it come with directions. Also if I rejet what size pipe should I use for the snorkel can I still use 1.5" shop vac hose to 2" pvc like the how to section and for the exhaust how big of pipe for the snorkel? thanks a lot for any help I plan to add hmf pipe, jet, snorkel, 2" moose lift, syntheic winch cable, and a k+n filter and I'm running 26" vampires.
