How do you get pics on Here

i just got a lot of new pic's and i dont know how to get them on here it keeps telling me the file is to big plus i just want to get some pics on here to show you guys can anyone fill me in????

The pics should be resized to 640x480 pixles then just attach them to the post just like you did this one.
