i dont have a manual ,and i have never worked on one yet so, sorry man

 

It should be pritty strait forward to get the diff out just 12 bolts I think. Thats to get it off the atv I believe the driveshaft just slides out

 

its easy get ur manual so u can find the bolts jack the bike up spray bolts with wd40 wait come back with a beer B)

 

I would spray them with pb blast because its a penetrating oil. :cheers

u should be able to undo the bolts that connect it to the swing arm. then undo the axle bolts. u can pull the axle thru on the foreman's but i'm not quite sure about the ranchers

 

Thanks for the tips I have the axle off and striped to the half of the diff with the ring gear I think it might be pressed on

 

If you have the large nuts on the axle off everything should just slide off. It might take a little persuasion if the splines are full of crud.
