I believe the only people at Honda that the public can talk to are your area service rep .. If your Honda dealer will give you his number .. Who is it you want to talk to.?

I just wanted to talk with someone about the dealer covering something under warranty. Our local dealer in my opinion is not very good
I think there is a customer service number in your owner's manual. This would be the only number you would be able to call as a consumer. What exactly do you want covered under warranty?
my output shaft seal keeps leaking. This will be the second time that its in the shop for the same thing.
