Looks awesome, nice work. Years ago Kimpex use to have a trailer with the same axle set up system. They used a heavy duty fender that swiveled with it and in the winter you could flip the assembly over and use the fender as a ski turning the trailer into a sled.

Used 2x3x3/16 tube for the walking beam with a 1.5" shaft w/ a matching DOM tube for the axle. Rest of the frame is made from 2x2x12ga tube. The box frame is made from the same tube for the base frame and 1x1x14ga tube for the box skeleton.

Building a frame now to replace the dumpbox frame to mount a 100 gal tank, honda engine, chemical pump and spray boom. It's easy to replace boxes by removing two 1/2" bolts where it hinges. On the drawing board is a box(bed) to land a jetski.

That is a good-looking trailer you have there. Built mine to be a meat trailer for hunting in the rough going here in Alaska. My hunting partner built mine 10 years ago and has hauled out many moose and caribou with it so far. No trails where we go with muskeg, rivers and tussocks to tackle so we don't like the idea of an axle hanging up underneath.

2 foot of ground clearance to keep the load high and dry with a working tailgate big enough for me to sleep in and stay off the cold ground in a pinch. The coolest thing about it is his just patented swivel hitch that rotates 360 degrees with crazy angles so if you flip the machine or trailer it doesnt take the other with it or worse yet snap a ball and leave ya stranded.

I'd show pics of the hitch itself but he's still hush-hushing it trying to work a few deals with a couple of companies. It pulls behind the Foreman quite nicely...

Boy I'm sorry but as I stated in my post I can't post pics of the actual hitch itself. He just got a patent finalized a few months ago which took a couple of years and cost him a bit of cash. I'm supposed to be hush about the hitch yet till he's done with marketing it to a couple of big names down in the states.

We will be doing a little video on our moose trip pulling a moose or two out and showing the angles it motions through where it couples for Moose Atv and Kolpin which they asked him for...... It really looks like it is going to take off for him.

I will say it's NOTHING like a pintle swivel on a military trailer....... Lotsa slop in those.

Again sorry
