I was wondering about those HL Springs, they are stiffer and you get
a 1 inch of lift installing thoses?

Is the suspension travel affected?

Yes they are stiffer and you get about an inch lift but I have heard after a while they will settle down to about a half inch. I don't see why they would affect the travel.
