i just put a HMF pipe on my foreman, and that thing is really loud, does the quiet core really make a differance in sound? and would i need to re jet it with the quiet core?

yes the quiet core will make a good difference in the sound, you will not have to rejet with it .

whats the point of putting the pipe on there if u are not going to rejet and u want it to be quiet.....?

shoulda just stayed with the stock pipe

fyi: if you start it up in ur garage it is MUCH louder than it is out on the trails. i really dont think its too loud at all. HMF on a grizz or the aaen pipe on the polaris are louder
I think Mad Mudder was saying he would not have to change the jetting from the standard HMF after adding the quiet core, not going from stock to the HMF w/quiet core.
yes that is what i was tring to say, i should of explained that a little better.

i like how loud it is but when i am at home and i what to ride to my buddy's house, in the neighborhood i live in people would get pissed off.
i just want to have the quiet core if i need it. And i did rejet it.
