both are great kits, I perfer the xtreme over the HL kit. I have one of each on our bikes. The xtreme has a thicker rotor without the slots in the rotor, so it will not hold mud. The HL kit has a thinner rotor which is slotted and holds sand and mud thus wearing the pads out quicker.
Highlifter or Extreme Disc Brakes opinions
Going to replace these great drum brakes on my Foreman. Would like to know is one kit better than the other? Any experience anyone has had with either kit. Thanks Dan

I just put the extreme on mine today. Its a very easy install. I've got some pics I'll get up.

I just put a set of extream discs brakes on my foreman they are easy to install and work good. I bought the extream breaks over the HL because of the discs were thicker. its worth the money im glad i can stop when i wont to now.
