High Compression V.S. Big Bore

I am about to do a rebuild on my 2000 Foreman 450, but I'm undecided on doing a big bore kit or an high compression. I will be adding a K&N Filter, Cam and Powerline muffler. All I want is more bottom end torque. Any Ideas which is better?

in my expierence with race cars, the bore is where the power is. And should be easier to tune.
Is there enough cylinder left to do a resleve? Will there be any heating issues?
Its a tricky question because high compression epuals more power also.
if you find a good big bore kit let me know the only one i found is highlifter and i heard they re bad about overheating. i heard that wiseco has one but i called them and they denied all knowledge of it, i guess they are building it for a specific company and wont sell it outright.
Ya, Wiseco does make a big bore kit. I'll find out from my dealer who supplies it.

You can buy oversized OE pistons from dealers or Service Honda as well.

highlifter recomends to add a 2nd oil cooler to solve this problem.
I JUST PUT IN HIGH LIFTERS 10:25/1 PISTON MADE BY JE PISTON.IT HAS A GAPLESS SECOND COMPRESSION RING.IT IS A VERY NICE PIECE.I HAD TO BORE THE SLEEVE 0.020".MY HONDA HAS 4 YEARS OF USE AND ABUSE AND THERE WASNT ANY WEAR ON THE ORIGINAL PISTON.I BORED IT OVERSIZE BECAUSE THE MACHINE SHOP HONED THE BORE FOR EXACT CLEARANCE.I HAVE TO PLAY WITH FINDING OUT WHICH FUEL TO RUN, I USED A LITTLE RACING GAS FIRST BUT IT RUNS HOT WITH THAT.I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE INCREASE IN BOTH OVERALL POWER AND RESPONSE.PLUS IT IS VERY EASY TO DO.I DONT THINK I WILL CHANGE CAMS.THE ENGINE IS A TORQUER NOT A HIGH RPM RACING ENGINE.
