I have the Moose complete winter pack, great setup, LED display panel with 5 heat settings for the grips and thumb individually. Not sure was its worth in the US but I paid about $120 in Canada.

How do you like the grip on the moose setup? I have avoided heated grips because most of the grips are oversized and made of a hard material that doesn't provide much grip at all.

I just installed the Symtec Winter Kit. Sounds like it's the same as your moose kit. Grips are soft, provide good grip and the diameter is the same as stock. Auto shut off after 2 hours and power level memory. Just noticed another nice feature. The grips only get warm at the front where your fingers are.

I think that most aftermarket grips are shorter than the stock honda grips. I moved the throttle and lighting controls closer to the grips but had to move them back to get the plastic dash back in place. If you get a chance can you measure the length of your new grips , just to compare.
